The Acts consists of copies sent to the Privy Council for approval or rejection; they were then forwarded to the Board of Trade.
Some of the records in this collection correspond with the "Colonial Records of the State of Georgia" (Candler. Atlanta, Ga.: Franklin Print. and Pub. Co., 1904): the letters from Gov. James Wright correspond with "Colonial Records" volumes 37-38; out letters from the Trustees correspond with "Colonial Records" volumes 29-31; and the Minutes of Council and Assembly correspond with "Colonial Records" volumes 6-17.
These records were microfilmed by the National Archives of Great Britain in 1957 and 1990. Microfilm rolls 1-4 are safety film (acetate).
