This collection consists of an incomplete copy of the presentments of the Court of Savannah Grand Jury, September 1, 1737. Included in their grievances were a number of issues against Thomas Causton and Noble Jones, the condition of public roads, the need for servants, the expense of physical and medical care, the need for a town wharf and crane, and the condition of the Tybee lighthouse. The presentment also mentions Isaac Young. The collection includes both the original document, bearing the jurors' signatures, and a photocopy.
